Your Coach - Kat Hutchings

High Stakes Leadership is a coaching & consulting business created by Kat Hutchings in 2017 (first known as katthecoach.com). Kat ran this private coaching practice alongside her 12 year banking career before moving to focus solely on coaching in early 2021.

Kat specialises in coaching Executives, Partners and senior leaders at high stakes moments of change.

Kat is an accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching and a Master NLP Practitioner. She has studied neuroscience, mindfulness and resilience, often bringing these insights to her coaching. Combined with her experience as a leader in Financial Services, Kat’s clients find her to be commercially minded, knowledgeable and positively challenging.

Our Services

We consult with businesses to design and facilitate outcome-orientated strategy days and offsites that focus on the business content while enhancing collaboration.

When leaders are navigating a critical moment, our 1-1 or group coaching provides a confidential space to challenge thinking and test new ideas that create sustainable impact.

We provide coaching supervision for coaches and consult with organisations to help create an in-house coaching proposition with capable, credible internal coaches.
