Mindful leaders are powerful leaders

Here's a great exercise to get yourself feeling grounded.

It will mean you enter that meeting, event or even just day ahead feeling more present, focused and engaged

Once you’ve completed this exercise, it’s time to set an intentions for whatever you’ve got ahead of you - that meeting, project or phone call you’ve got coming up:
What outcome do you want to create? What energy are you bringing with you?


I suggest having your own version of this mindfulness exercise that you can talk through in your mind or record this script (speaking slowly) to play for yourself until you are able to notice without prompting.
