We need your opinion now more than ever

I expect you've noticed that no one REALLY knows what they're doing at the moment. Some among us have lived through other international crises or perhaps have parents or grandparents that did, but we haven't experienced this. So we're making it up as we go along, employing common sense and best practices where we can.

In that context, where no one knows what is going to happen or the best way to navigate the world at the moment, you may as well chip in your opinion. Right now, the 'experts' (or anyone on your Facebook or LinkedIn feeds that has seemingly self-appointed themselves as experts) don't know the answer.
So YOUR ideas could be exactly what we need.

Here are some of the challenges I'm seeing companies thinking hard about:
- When do we expect staff can return to the office? Do we want them to? Do they want to? Do we want offices anymore?
- What's the best tech for serving customers and also for having internal conversations?
- How can we maintain & build staff engagement whilst they're mostly at home?
- How can we performance manage staff without being insensitive to their home workload (e.g. home schooling children)?
- How can we support staff well-being when they're not in an office environment?

I bet you've got some opinions on this. And it's my view that your opinion is as valid as your bosses and your CEO's, so now is a good time to share it.

If weighing in on this seems overwhelming, another approach is to:
- Ask someone else an interesting question to elicit their perspective
- Consider who in your network may have an educated view or value to add
- Give feedback on the recommendations/ ideas that your company launches
- Create a hilarious quiz for your team to keep them entertained.

Either way, it's a good time to be heard, hit comment and let me know how you've shared your ideas this week.

P.S.  I'm a big proponent of sharing your voice. You have a unique perspective that deserves to be heard and when no one has the answers, your idea might be exactly what your company is looking for. So share it.

P.P.S.  There's 2 ways you can currently work with me: 1) a 2 hour breakthrough NLP session or 2) a 4 session coaching programme over 2 months. All phone based. When you're ready, hit reply and we'll agree which approach best serves your goal.
